• Guests are responsible for all breakages or damage caused by them to the accommodation and/or its contents. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles/possessions, unless proven to be caused by our negligence.
• If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later than 7 days before we will endeavour to re-sell the room.
• In the case of a no-show the full amount will be charged.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
• Personal information given will only be used to verify the booking and not passed on to a third party.
