Returns Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it to us within 14 working days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. Post and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Postage and packaging fees are included in the price of 'free postage' goods.
You are required to arrange and pay for the return of items to us. Items must be returned in original packaging or similarly suitable packaging and sent to Alphabet Coast, 11 Exeter Road, Swanage, BH19 2BL, Dorset, UK.
We will refund/exchange goods where they have been damaged / faulty / incorrectly supplied providing you notify us within 24 hours of their receipt by either phone or email and the goods are returned to us together with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting by using either registered post our a courier. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Due to the nature of personalised prints we are unable to offer refunds on these items as they have no resale value. Where the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or if the goods are faulty, we will of course offer a full refund or offer to replace the item at no further cost.
